Do you need your decal in a hurry? I totally understand, and I'll do my best to help!
As much as I want to accommodate rush orders, please understand that last-minute orders do require some shuffling. I will need to move you ahead of other customers and possibly work long hours to get your order done. For that reason, I charge a rush fee to compensate for this disruption.
This fee only moves you to the front of the queue. It DOES NOT cover any expedited shipping charges. If you need to receive your order in 1-2 days, you will also need to pay for shipping upgrades unless you are local to Austin, TX.
Please contact me before adding this rush fee to make sure I can accommodate your request. It takes time to make top-quality decals, so if you have a large or intricate order, I may need more than a day to get it ready. Also, I can only accommodate one or two rush orders at a time.
If I'm having an unusually slow day and can get to your order right away, I will not charge this fee. However, if I know I need to bump other patiently-waiting customers or work late to get your decals done with a quickness, please understand that you will need to pay this rush fee. Thank you!
